Often that nephew or neighbour isn’t capable of performing special care for special needs pets.
We have a team of individuals who have the experience to deal with higher level of care.
We know how to assess a pet’s condition when we are doing our visits to know if medical attention or a vet consultation is required. An inexperienced person may not notice signs of illness or distress.
